      Pros

      Nice work/life balance, plenty of paid time-off. Generally pleasant people.

      Cons

      Raises have been flat or under inflation rate for 3 years running, even though company reports record profits quarterly. Limited advancement opportunities. Increasingly stressful workloads. Management either oblivious or indifferent to understaffing/workload issues.

      Awful IT systems and awful management

      Pros

      They have good benefits such as the 410k match and they adjust salaries for regional cost of living and health insurance is priced fair

      Cons

      IT systems are terrible. They are outdated beyond belief. The IT systems are a productivity killer. I spend more time doing clerical work then what I was hired to do. My managers love to yell and scream at people. This makes our work product decline and not get better. Management seems to hate the people they supervise

      professional, well respected company. ability to move up based on successful job performance. Pay is on par or better than other local Cincinnati companies.

      Cons

      to many layers of managment. Some low level managers do not pull ther own weight in certian divisions; specifically the human services division.
