Pros

Assistant teachers have more clerical duties and work on housekeeping items such as grading. You may be able to work teaching and planning some lessons.

Cons

On days you are off, you do not get paid. If you want to keep your 8 hours, you have to find work to do.

I can't think of any- cute kids

Cons

Terrible company. Many teachers are not certified. They put too many students per class and expect longer working hours than contracted. Often working overtime with no pay. HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP at Northern Oaks in San Antonio.
