-supportive community -working together with your team -two prep periods per day while students have specials class -full time assistant

Cons

-narrative evaluations (though these have decreased, which has made them more manageable) -long school day -no pop culture referneces -writing curriculum is weak in my opinion for K-5

Amazing families, peers, and administration. Dedication to the virtues and character development are very real.

Cons

AZ schools are underfunded, but that in no way is a reflection on Great Hearts.
