Pros
Good benefits, but that is all.
Cons
They claim to have high moral standards and teach the students virtuous traits, yet I did not find the people in charge to have these characteristics. I was not supported in my dealings with the parents. There were several procedures and rules that were supposed to be in place when school started, but when they were difficult to implement (as new rules can be) these procedures were thrown out and there was lots of confusion.
