      -Hard working environment -Good benefits -Lots of promotion potential -Moving in the right direction with new senior leadership and investing in new technology

      Cons

      -Support depends on what unit you're in, can vary -Can be a bit cliquey at times. Try to ignore it -WFH isn't super flexible depending on your leader
