People you work with are great. Lots of exposure to new and current technologies Yearly merit increases

Cons

Was hired claiming 20% bonus compared to salary. Have only seen an average of 15% or less. Depending on your department or position career paths can vary. And even leveling increases or promotions are typically low percentage increases.

Too much middle level leadership. Makes everything too complicated and inserts politics that aren’t necessary.
