Pros

Senior leadership cares about team members as much as our customers (and they REALLY care about our customers!) A conservative organization that makes decisions for the long term.

Cons

Could use more diversity both in demographics and in thought

Thank you so much for all you do for GreatAmerica in our amazing Documentation group! You truly do make an impact in this role as you support our customers, book their transactions, and prepare accounts for accurate funding and billing. We take our team member’s growth and development seriously while encouraging them to own their development. Opportunities for personal and professional development have evolved within the Documentation function as GreatAmerica has grown over the years. We sincerely hope that you have been presented with these opportunities to grow within your role and collaborated with your leader to create your personal plan for continued professional development. If you feel that this has not the case, we would encourage you to seek out your leader(s) to discuss and create a development plan or to Human Resources for additional guidance. We have many wonderful and tenured team members at GreatAmerica and in the Documentation group which creates challenges for our functional leadership as they prepare team members for future leadership roles; when they are only able to select one. As you continue on your career journey with us, we hope you seize the opportunities that interest and appeal to you. Thank you for all your contributions and for your valuable feedback!
