Business Outlook
Pros
Large corporation with strong holding in the U.S. foundry market. If you are willing to move there are opportunities at other plants. Getting needed time off has never been a problem.
Cons
Differnt managers have differnt expectactions for their employees. I recently changed managers and the new manager is much less flexible about start and leave times than previous mangers have been. Differnt departments have differnt rules, which could have the appearnce of favoritism (even though I don't think there is favoritism)
