- Leadership and co-workers keep a great balance of having fun and getting stuff done! - Leadership listens to issues I've had and actually did something about it! - Pay was good/competitive and I had yearly salary increases - Work environment was great - many treats from co-workers and lunches from leadership - Work/life balance was great - leadership allowed flexible schedule (and work from home options) - Even had fun department events like mini-golf, card tournaments, corn hole tournaments, food trucks, etc.

Cons

- I honestly can't think of any!

The wages are good, the people are great to work with and their benefits are also good.

Cons

Can be hot in the summer due to the manufacturing processes. Flat organization structure.

Pros

The work environment is very positive. You have autonomy in your job and the culture is hands down the best I have seen. The pay and benefits are great and there are some really cool company perks by being owned by a family with a long term vision for both the company and the community. Highly recommend working here!

Cons

Less of a con, more of a non-standard practice. They have gotten away from annual cash bonuses but have other pay opportunities that act as a bonus.
