Best work environment I’ve ever had : -don’t need to take work home(great work life balance) -ability to communicate with management on a personal level -super friendly and interactive coworkers -plenty of networking and social opportunities

Cons

Technology - until recent tend to be behind the “ball” regarding IT, OS, and OT systems Advancement - very little room for advancement (management structure is minimal), often hard work isn’t given ample merit
