Pros

The starting pay is enticing. A lot of the other factory floor workers are great and make the place tolerable.

Cons

Management is god awful. Nepotism is rampant. No real opportunity for advancement in the company. No sick days. Pays your vacation time to you and when you use it, you're unpaid having already been paid. Vacation doesn't roll over. Don't use it that year, it's gone. The mandated overtime. As of the past nine months, we've been working 32hr weeks or less because they're struggling to find customers. Not knowing until 10pm Friday night if you'll have to work the next day. Benefits are garbage. High copays and deductible. No matching 401k. New employees aren't given enough time to train before being pressured into signing off that they're ready. Favoritism . I could go on... Just don't do it. Not worth it.
