Pros

I was paid very well considering where i was in my career. They also had a pension plan which was pretty good. Floor employees and management were all very friendly and happy to explain processes for you.

Cons

Always asking to stay late and dont have a normal 9-5 type schedule. Rotating shifts. Can be considered good or bad depending on what you are looking for. Didn't work for me as well as I thought it would.

A lot of hours. Constantly busy and and the room for advancement is there if you perform well. Benefits and bonus are very good too

Cons

Raises are not always on time with your review "my specific location" and not much home life with the constant work schedule.
