Awesome team and work environment. Management is excellent. Work / life balance is phenomenal. 10 paid holidays. Owners are willing to invest in the company and value the long term success over the chasing pennies in the short term.

Cons

At the time or writing this, the plant workers do not get a 401k match. If you are satisfied with the pay, benefits and standard of living raises (1.5-2.5%), none. If you would like to receive a significant raise or growth opportunity sometimes they are hard to come by. However, if you are one who works hard with a positive attitude, local management will reward you as much as they are allowed to by corporate.
