Consistent work shifts, occasional overtime

Cons

Terrible management. Awful attendance policy. When you are sick you will still get a write up, You can bust your butt for years, but they don't care. If you're lucky, you might get a ham at Christmas, if the management didn't already hoard them all.

*room for advancement *great people on the floor *very supportive management *hard work doesn’t go unnoticed *scheduling is nice 4am-2pm OT & 6am-2pm RT

Cons

No air conditioning Promises to increase budget for better machines never committed to it Slackers EVERYWHERE, as long as you show up you won’t get fired, and unfortunately, the slackers show up every day! There’s more but, if you have worked in a factory for longer than a year, you already know them.

Decent starting pay is about the only thing they offer.

Cons

Everything is bad. No sick days, corrupt and just awful management on all levels, forced mandated overtime for months at a time, .. the list goes on
