It's hard to advance some people working there 5 years or more make less than some been there 3 years, they like to keep same people doing same jobs all the time, can take LONG breaks and lunch, some employees are promoted without jobs being posted ( no union , so they can do what they want) Some of the managers are complete idiots and have no clue what they are doing" "I feel I had way more time off working swing shift than I currently do working 8 hours a week."
