      Be prepared to be micro-managed unless you are a sycophant to one of the higher ups. General Manager lacks basic integrity and only responds to yes-men or women with certain assets

      Pros

      There really isn’t much good to say. They pay for your work boots and the vacation is good. Don’t let people fool you and say it’s a good place

      Cons

      Management sucks, over is ridiculous, no way to move up in company, work there employees like dogs, management thinks there better than everyone in the mill, if you are young I wouldn’t advise applying at this place.

      Pros

      Great pay. Good hours and great people. Benefits are average but hourly employees enjoy a pension when they retire.

      Cons

      Not much bad to say. I guess the overtime at times can get extreme. I hear they don’t work much OT anymore.
