Pros

Great place to work for anyone who needs to earn a solid hourly rate. Can work up through levels and get certified for many jobs in plant if you want. This takes time as it is a seniority based system of promotion.

Cons

Can be stressful when busy, deadlines can be short, must pay attention to detail and not make errors. Write ups/disciplinary actions are common for minor infractions or mistakes made. Rework is common when others do not follow job requirements.

Pros

The money was very good.

Cons

Job dissatisfaction was very high. Physical intimidation was the standard method of managing. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone and I especially would not want a family member to work there. Especially not a female friend or relative.

Pros

Industry average pay, good benefits.

Cons

Managers provide no meaningful support to employees, there is an incredible amount of contradictory double-talk to do everything BUT address the problem. They will try to untruthfully reframe issues they create & contribute to in order to make them seem like they are your fault or you are responsible to fix them. They have very little respect for your personal time, and will burn you out with overtime/afterhours work, with not even an "attaboy" or matching extra time spent to time off. If you think working hard/more is going to get you ahead, think again. Only the "boys club" moves up, and news flash - if your on Glass Door thinking about taking a job here, you are not in it.
