Pros
- i join as a fresh grad engineer, a lot of thing to learn. - managers and experienced help a lot.
Cons
- not properly treat, been working there for 8 months no personal computer and proper work station. just share a computer with other worker. - interaction between department is not good - main language is chinese. in the meeting still speak chinese even though there is non chinese who dont understand chinese.
