      There is plenty of opportunities for those who desire to grow in a firm.

      Cons

      For real succes expect to work long hours and some serious dedication. If looking for a job to coast this isn't the place.

      Pros

      IF you are a shareholder....you rule the world. Great pay, HUGE bonuses, elongated free vacations, health benefits and practically anything you want..you will get.

      Cons

      IF you are staff, i.e., anything but lawyer, you will get no raises, no benefits and are treated unfairly. You are worked until you cannot walk, and if you are not a "teacher's pet," or of a minority, they could absolutely care less about you...you are just another workstation.

      Pros

      Lawyers get all the benefits and bonuses.

      Cons

      If you're any staff member, IT, Techs, Secretarial, HR, Billing, project managers, ETC anything but a Lawyer, find job someplace else. Absolutely no room for advancement. Salary base is LOW, no bonus, very cheap.
