New to Houston market, mostly lateral hires from good firms around town, very family-oriented, flexibility, business director appreciates staff input and resources - vows to make this top 50 places in Houston to work and will seriously consider implementing ideas from staff and not just management and lawyers

Cons

New to Houston market, could definitely be more generous on raises and bonuses - pretty tight. Healthcare benefits have declined in last 2 years - outrageous deductibles - they definitely can do better on that end.

The people and atmosphere is great but when it comes to down to making great decisions that is were they lack.

Cons

No promotion opportunity everyone has there favorites of who has been there the longest. No growth opportunity.

Job security for those that do not carry their weight.

Cons

You carry the weight of others that are coasting and will not do their jobs or the minimum all while portraying they are a team player. They bully others because of "seniority" but really they are lazy and just collecting a paycheck because they can hide by working remote because they cannot come into the office because of the pandemic. If you are good at your job, they pile more work while the lazy just outsources it to others that do not know better or are afraid to speak up. Management in this office is just really clueless.
