      Stay away. Management seems to care more about jeans Fridays (for $5) than it's employees' happiness.

      Unlike previous work experiences, there is no work culture at GT. The staff is undervalued and underappreciated - and frequently mistreated. There are no growth opportunities and no mentorship, therefore you learn absolutely nothing. For a law firm this size and this old, they should have it together by now but they don't. And after reading other reviews, it seems that this is across the board, no matter which office location. Having worked at other law firms of similar size, it is apparent that this firm is well behind the times, and will remain as such until they embrace change.

      Strong commitment to continuing education and pro bono activities. Networking among employees is encouraged.

      Cons

      "Work/life" balance is illusory. You are not a name: you are an ID number, a billable hours number, and a profitability number.
