Pros

GT is an amazing firm which prides itself on professionalism and hard work. There is an amazing group of law professionals who are dedicated to providing top-notch, white-glove, service to their clients. It is no question a high-volume firm in a very fast-paced environment and some may have trouble keeping up with the pace. If you’re not ready to roll your sleeves up and put in the work to get the job done every day, you may want to apply elsewhere. However, if you are a professional that delivers results and steps up to the challenge, you will be acknowledged, appreciated, and rewarded for your efforts. Since 2020, GT’s immigration practice has expanded significantly and, along with the Covid pandemic, inevitably dealt with some growing pains with the shift to hybrid/remote work and the “Great Resignation” of 2021. In response, GT’s management team undertook major initiatives in 2021/2022 to implement more best practices, training, and engagement with the staff to address any concerns and ensure that GT retains and attracts quality talent. GT is dedicated to creating a culture of collaboration, ensuring diversity, encouraging professional development, and promotion from within. GT offers a career path for legal professionals – attorneys, assistants, administrative, & paralegals – which is truly second to none. No other immigration practice in the Atlanta area or beyond, offers the types of opportunities that GT does. Period. GT’s salary is highly competitive and the benefits are incredible. The office space here – and the beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline – are amongst the best in the city. There is an exceptional amount of workspace and lounge areas in the café and roof-top, for staff to work, relax, enjoy a meal, or simply take in the sights. Since late 2021, there has also been weekly free-of-charge Covid testing on-site, which is an incredible effort to ensure employees are safe and healthy when in the office. GT’s Immigration Practice is a hardworking, professional and fun environment. There is a renewed effort to increase employee engagement and collaboration to build a strong group of professionals that can lean on each other. GT’s management team maintains an open-door policy where questions, concerns, and recommendations can be openly discussed and addressed. If you feel you have what it takes to join this group and ready to step up for your new career, apply now.

Pros

Big law firm, good resources, generally good culture amongst the attorneys.
