Greenheck is a company that wants the best for you so long as they can provide for it. Usually they can with opportunities to move within the company and onsite trainings.

Cons

You may wish to help reform how some things are done as a new perspective coming in and be ultimately ignored.

Endless possibilities. Always something new, if you don't like a job you can apply for a different one internally.

Cons

Vacation availability. Union job so workers tend to not go above and beyond, expect bare minimum from employees.

Dangerous, unsafe and they don't care!

You get paid, is the only pro!

Cons

The most dangerous company in central Wisconsin according to osha statistics. More deaths and amputations per employee than any company since 1880!!! I thought the unsafe and dangerous conditions where easy to avoid, until my coworker got his finger chopped off in a machine I have used before.
