Pros

Greenheck is a good employer to work for if you are looking for a solid employer. Tries to keep employees happy with a lot of engagement. Pay is pretty fair for the market.

Cons

They are a heavy at the top with upper management...especially on the HR side, which takes some decision making away from local management. Health insurance is a little pricey with a high deductible, but the HSA does help out.

Work life balance, friendly atmosphere with coworkers and higher ups, organized/clean, good pay and the ability to move up.

Cons

There aren't many, but if I had to say I guess the point system can be harsh if you don't show up to work.
