Decent insurance, decent pay, some good coworkers

Cons

Worthless middle management, toxic coworkers that aren’t disciplined, lame Union, terrible supervisors in most plants, ineffective managers in most, no bonuses, 10 and 15 minute breaks, huge divide between management and shop personnel, if you’re in the union good luck getting off of the shop floor, unappreciated for extra effort, company will never air condition the shops even tho we make those units. They actually told us that!

Fantastic work flow, management is very active with its employees. This job is the best I've ever had.

Cons
