      Culture is to company what character is to an individual, and this company's culture is amazing. Everything comes back to making our teammates feel appreciated, loved, led and accountable. When employees feel appreciated, they will do everything in their power to delight the customers -- not because it is their job, but because they genuinely love the company.

      The growth has been very, very fast -- somethings explosive growth leads to growing pains.
