Pros

Organic pest control which is eco friendly is an excellent idea.

Cons

No warehouse or office in Toledo area. New techs working in this area are basically on their own. Closest office is in Cleveland. I think the company is overselling areas like Toledo and pulling techs from Cleveland to service those accounts. The result is long drive times for the techs to get to their accounts, which may be two hours or more away. There has to be a better way to service areas like Toledo. Figure it out, Greenix management. Or you will have nonstop turnover with new techs and salesmen, guaranteed.

Good experience under your belt and can be fun.

Cons

Terrible route sheets that can change in a heartbeat, you never know when you'll get home. No benefits and very pushy for sales.

Pros

Work vehicle, Work phone sometimes. Technicians are awesome and will back each other even if upper management does not.

Cons

Your pay is subject to change at anytime without discussion. Reports and anything having to do with your pay is hidden and undisclosed. Horrible management in a few offices. Information is not clear or explained thoroughly to workers. Workers have been told been told that the environment they want is one that the want the techs to know they are disposable and replaceable.
