Pros

I was able to progress through the company quickly and there is a lot of freedom to express ideas and new ways of doing things. Everyone is open and friendly and eager to help you make something better. Because it's a small start up, it's easy to suggest and develop new projects and niches within the company.

Cons

The busy seasons can be very, very busy with longer hours and the slow season can be very, very slow.

I haven't been an employee with Greenix very long but I am very impressed with what I have seen so far. It is truly like a family here with they way they not only treat their customers but their employees as well. They have been very flexible to help fit my schedule and help make this position the perfect fit for me. I am truly grateful to be a part of the Greenix team.

Cons

Unfortunately my position at Greenix is only for the summer. I will be sad to go when the summer is over.

Pros

I have been very happy working for Greenix. The management cares about its employees and my fellow co-workers are professional, yet are able to enjoy a little fun. Greenix gives some clear guidelines of what I am to do, but they do not micromanage nor do they have unrealistic expectations. I have the ability to freely do what I need to. They give me good feedback and really care about the customers.

Cons

It does get pretty busy which makes for a lot of hours and a little bit stressful, but I can always ask fellow co-workers or manager for help. Being busy means the company is growing and I'd rather be busy helping people than slow and not having any business.
