The work itself is fun and you gain a lot of unique and interesting knowledge

Cons

Overworked & underpaid Upper management doesn't care about their employees, they only care about their bottom line This is a skilled labor job, but Greenix does not treat it as such

Pros

Having a work vehicle is very nice, you save lots of money by not driving your personal vehicle except on weekends when you have them off.

Cons

Management is a joke, extremely two faced and will be nice to your face and then talk awful about you behind your back. They say Saturdays are optional but then Thursday of that week they’ll say that Saturday is mandatory and to cancel your plans or it’s a write up.

Not paid for drive time (you drive most of your shift) Selling products is the only way you’re going to make any real money 5 steps could have been reduced to 2-3 the rest are just for optics. Sell you with a dream of big commission checks, and unrealistic goals of someone you hardly want to pay
