This is a shady business. I constantly had to hound management and corporate to uphold promised bonuses and such, some of which were not paid out. Now I'm waiting on my sales commission that was supposed to come last month, and I've been told the pay day was moved to December. Without anyone's knowledge. I was one of the top selling technicians in the company over the summer, and they still couldn't care less. Absolutely zero respect for their technicians, they only care about the sales guys.

Pay is good compared to other pest control companies The job isn’t physically demanding Company does provide good S.W.A.G Great stepping stone to larger pest control companies

Cons

If you’re not Mormon and/or located in Salt Lake City you potential of advancement is limited. Management jobs will go to young BYU grads with no management experience and it will make your job harder. Management gives minimal direction, but holds you accountable for policies you aren’t aware of. No room for advancement Ranking system is flawed. This system ties directly in your bonus. With $14 an hour your bonus is a big portion of your pay check.

If you're looking for an easy hourly job, probably not the best fit. Requires hard work, but it's also fun with incentives and good pay.
