Working with pesticides, poor communication in management, unrealistic goals and expectations, not upfront that this is a sales job.

I feel like a valuable part of the team and everyone from the owner down knows their employees names. I don’t feel like a number. If I have important family obligations come up it’s expected that I make them Not miss them!
