-No insurance/health benefits. Greenix is a smaller company, so it's easy to understand. However, I think that if they included other benefits, they would get jobs filled more quickly and they would have a smaller turnover rate.
-No paid time off/leave. Even if you are pregnant/injured, they will not pay you time off. Again, smaller company problems, but it would be nice to see that they could throw you a bone every now and then.
-No overtime. This one really gets on my nerves. Let's say one of your coworkers is sick/ can't make it to work; well if your boss asks you to come in early, you are doing them a favor, but they don't return it by giving you a little bump in pay for the hour or two that you are covering for someone else. Not ok in my book. The way that I see it, if I scratch your back, you scratch mine. I believe that Greenix does as little as possible to make things work with employees. They also cut corners to keep things as cheap as possible.
