If you are able to get along with your coworkers, that will help your quality of life at this company.

Cons

Management is inconsistent in their goals, especially when disseminating information down. Despite this inconsistency, they expect you to understand immediately the cause for the shift in goals and to be 100% on board with no questions asked. If you happen to be one of the few that the manger likes for arbitrary reasons, you are free from any criticism. If not, good luck.
