1. A Positive Culture where employees feel valued, respected, and included can significantly impact employee morale and productivity. 2. People who care and are so kind both at work and outside of work 3. Strong leaders who have a clear vision for the future and inspire employees 4. The company and its leaders diligently recognize and appreciate employee contributions, both formally and informally. I have seen how this boosts morale and demonstrates their appreciation for their employees. 5. Greenix provides Professional Development opportunities for employees to learn and grow through opportunities and training programs. 6. I have seen nothing but trustworthiness and integrity in the leaders and employees here at Greenix. Trust and integrity are key components of what I look for in an employer, and Greenix exemplifies this, in my opinion. 7. The company has shown to me that it can adjust to changing circumstances, and it offers flexible work arrangements to its employees, where they can. 8. Greenix prioritizes employee well-being through its pay practices and opportunities for work-life balance. At our corporate office, we have outdoor pickleball courts, indoor basketball and pickleball courts, free soda, and so much more.

Cons

The company is working on being more competitive on the benefits side. There is an opportunity to be more competitive in the time it takes for a new employee to be eligible for various benefits.

Very little overtime, weekends off

Cons

STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO DEFEND YOURSELF FROM DOG ATTACKS. Employee safety is an afterthought. Boss will come check your work during a thunderstorm and write you up for not using the 20 ft metal pole to get every spiderweb. Door-to-door sales job disguised as pesticide application. Expected to upsell every customer and add extra stops to your route every day, but will be reprimanded if you work past 4 while also being told that you MUST finish all the stops on your route without help. Manager is a liar who regularly promises things that turn out not to be true, or lies to manipulate and defuse a situation

We have clear safety protocols in place, including how to handle aggressive pets(dogs), and we regularly review these to ensure all technicians feel supported in the field.
