Cons

Management treats you like a child, they will not trust you to do even the most basic tasks, and will remotely micro manage you as much as possible. If they could make drones to do the jobs, they would. The disconnect between service technicians in the field and the office personnel can not be overstated. It is a nearly daily occurrence for a customer to ask about a promise that the office made to them that is impossible to fulfill. This makes the service pros job much more difficult, and from what I can tell there is little to no corrective actions done in the office to resolve this. One of the biggest issues with the company is that they judge personnel performance and base your monthly bonus on how many jobs you complete per hour. This is an issue for many reasons, including that they also want you to give a "world class service" to every customer, but the biggest issue is that management will hold you up regularly for stretched out meetings longer than the allotted time they have. Once a week you meet at the office and have a meeting, and you get a Jobs per hour exemption for 2 hours to be at the meeting and to get to your first job, but every single week almost without exemption you get stuck at the meeting well after the 2 hours, and you will be encouraged to clock out to drive to your job to make sure you stay above your jobs per hour. This is a clear punishment to technicians for no reason, costing them money in the form of either losing their hourly pay or losing some or all of their monthly bonus. There's also a daily zoom meeting which chips 5-10 minutes away from your job per hour every day, which can easily rack up to 4 hours for the month. Horrible implementation. Greenix also has a manager policy that is something along the lines of "The manager works for the employees" yet almost every manager I've worked under talks down to employees and complains about performance metrics.
