Pros

Greenlight has a fantastic mission that is easy to get onboard with. It is also a place with some of the most committed and intelligent people I've ever worked with - really high quality talent who are all willing to collaborate. It's a fast-paced environment that's exciting to grow with.

Cons

Pretty skeptical of and unimpressed with C-level leadership. Their communication is lacking, their vision lacks clarity and focus, and their decisions (from company priorities all the way down to c-team personnel decisions) seem questionable. Doesn't help that we've had 3 major waves of lay-offs in less than 2 years. It's hard to see where this company is going, and difficult to have confidence in the future of Greenlight when the leadership team doesn't inspire trust, clarity or confidence.

Pros

- Generous pay - Brilliant engineers - Management was good for years until they were pushed out this year. - CEO has a good head on his shoulders but has made a misstep with trust the current leadership.

Cons

- 3 Layoffs so far and more are coming next year - Current leadership lacks empathy entirely. They are clearly here to cut headcount and OPEX and have no other priorities.
