      Growing companies come with the opportunity to build process and best practices, but it's all low hanging fruit and present opportunity to have an impact on efficiency and output!

      Company culture is awesome. Everyone is ready and willing to help. Leadership communicates well and often. Company mission is incredibly rewarding.

      Pros

      There are no pros to working at Greenlight. The company has adopted a framework of nepotism and favoritism which has impacted quality of work severely. A large number of company-wide decisions taken since Q1 2024 has been terrible and strongly opposed by a large section of employees. Poor leadership qualities have poisoned the environment. If someone wants only a slightly fat paycheque, go ahead, but there might be a higher price for toxicity.

      Cons

      Avoid this company and the people in the leadership. Remember that all that shines is not gold. Folks can get fired randomly or even if your manager does not like the color of your shirt.
