      So much opportunity and purpose. Definitely a career that checks off all the boxes if you are looking for a career that has a mission and fulfills a sense of purpose.

      Cons

      Not a lot of work/life balance but that just comes with a startup company so it's expected, love it nonetheless

      Pros

      We are really changing the world - helping kids to grow up to be financially smart, which will change their lives. Great culture; work hard and have fun doing it. Friendly vibe. Collaborative environment. Fun to be a part of something growing successfully so quickly. Company out of office events with charity and for team building are great.

      Young company so certain resources are still being built out.

      Pros

      The team is really smart and everyone seems invested in the mission. Goals and what's expected from team members is clear. It's a fast-growing and easy to adapt company, there's a lot of space to grow.

      Cons

      Perks should be improved. For a fintech startup, they need to up their game on perks (basics as health insurance are covered but no 401K matching, vacation policy is less than standard, paternity leave, etc)
