      Pros

      They let you work full remote. Good benefits.

      Cons

      OKRs mean nothing. Your priorities will change daily. You will be in incidents daily. 8 years of terrible decision making has left them crippled by tech debt and code rot. They just replatformed everything only to remake the same mistakes. They are moving more engineering to India, which makes that problem worse. Desperately trying to IPO by cutting costs. Product has no direction. Instead of teaching children financial responsibility, they are focusing on cell phone insurance and tracking with the top tier plans. Insurance is a scam, and your iPhone has tracking out of the box. They’ve lost sight of their mission, will never IPO, and are too handcuffed by Chase to be bought by a bank.
