Collaborative, skilled colleagues who are willing to help. Work from home is allowed, saving me hours of city traffic daily. Now that is being reversed.

Cons

Short tenure under the new CTO. Leadership style relied heavily on fear—frequent comments about pay cuts and job security—creating low morale and poor psychological safety. Technical decisions felt rushed, with pressure to put immature AI projects into production without adequate validation. As someone who previously worked under this leader at another company, I saw similar cultural issues there that led several people (including myself) to leave. Overall, a stressful environment that prioritizes short-term wins over team well-being.
