      Pros

      + Weekly pay. This is about the only thing good compared to other places.

      Cons

      - Management does not care about stores outside the main ones in Alabama. Stores are in rough shape and NEED work. - Pay varies from week to week despite working the same amount of hours. You could get $160 despite having about $230 the previous work with the same amount of hours. - Pay is not good even for part-time workers. Full-time workers are having to do two jobs to make ends weekly. - Insurance offered by cooperate is overpriced to the point employees don't even bother with it.
