Pros

Great atmosphere. Almost everyone here works as a team. Plenty of advancement opportunities if you are ready to really apply yourself. Health, vision, dental and life insurance. Management is top notch!

Cons

Honestly I haven't seen any cons. Everyone here is really friendly, helpful and encouraging! Show up, do your job and you're golden.

Pros

There's never a shortage of people to help when you have issues. Everyone comes together like a family to help new people, or those who are struggling. Upper management tends to make a lot of changes, looking for processes and strategies that work best. This can sometimes be stressful, but has proven to be effective.

Cons

There are some days when negative attitudes prevail. I have experienced this with every company I have worked for, however.
