Cons
They do not treat everybody the same. It all depends on WHO you are. Some of the office staff are lazy and won't make sure that the workers requests for Life Event insurance changes are done in a timely manner (this ended up costing me over a thousand dollars). Also, nobody in the office can produce an Employee Handbook when asked and the Employee Hand book cannot be found online.
