With excellent global standard. A good stepstone where you can adapt yourself to a global company.

Cons

High work load with salary under average. Work place is far away from downtown. Do not care for employees. See no hope but cost cut down unwisely since transformation. These make the company be a training camp for other good company. Can't keep a professional middle-management team. Then as chain reaction loosing experienced staff.

Greif is the company that I ever seen that, their first priority is employee. They are committed to quality production. Greif is a publicly traded company in innovation.

Cons

Unstability in Turkley management couse loss of confidence. That is why it is hard to work in concern for a long time in this company.
