Pros
They just dont care enough to ride your backside all day, as long as you dont get hurt or mess something up, thats when the managers will get up and actually do their job
Cons
Cost of living raise is was 3% a year, but last few years they have only gave about 1% and there has been no bonus in 4 years, even after working through the entire pandemic and never missing work. Now inflation report in December 2021 shows highest inflation in 40 years. Not worth struggling for a company that doesnt look out for its employees
