Company operates in an ethical manner Generally speaking, nice people My manager was a great guy

Cons

Very conservative company, averse to risk-taking and very set in its ways Financial future of company is not promising Company is backwards in some areas of business, ie lacking effective IT tools for managing the business

Great Benefits with low cost insurance 401k and retirement 3 weeks vacation 10 holidays. Keeps you updated on world as company is global

Cons

Company is having major changes with plant closures and layoffs

Good benefits decent pay for management but no support from corporate

Pros

Great benefits and benefit costs. The benefits for management is very good with very affordable health insurance and free life insurance twice your salary. The 401k plan is good as well.

Cons

Little to no corporate support. Years since Engineering helped with ongoing problems.
