The management are generally pretty understanding. And there's lots of friendly faces

Cons

All the managers here are serverly lacking in something or another. Whether that's in people skills or communications. Common sense or time management skills. It's a mess, and they don't care if they negatively affect their employees, or if the machines are all missing half their parts. Only that orders are filled.
