Pros

They provided snacks for their employees. The pay is great and they offer a company match 401k!

Cons

Management was awful. The owner, the company’s name sake, does not have a clue on how to run a company. She also borates her employees. The turnover rate is out of the world. Please don’t waste 3 months of your life with this company. Trust me, you won’t last longer than that. Lastly, each employee takes turns cleaning the kitchen and throwing out the office trash.

Small, growing company with huge opportunities to learn new things and try new roles. Small companies in general allow those with nimbleness and flexibility to thrive.

Cons

Laziness not tolerated. Employees expected to deliver. Entitled Millennials won't be happy.

Pros

GS has a fun laid back culture with great people and co-workers. I made life long friends while working there. My involvement in customer service was very rewarding. It was a good feeling to transform dissatisfaction into greatly satisfied and know that the customer had received the best service possible. The other great thing about the organization is that management is very open and willing to shift you around to different departments. You get the opportunity to "try on different dresses until you find the perfect fit."

Cons

The office location is not in the best neighborhood. However, it is a easy commute - metro north train is about a 5 min walk.
