Some of the best reasons to work at Gretchen Scott Designs: Benefit plan, paid vacation time off, maternity leave, healthcare/dentistry plan, retirement plan, spacious office accessible by train with lots of parking space. Employees are hardworking, responsible and educated.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Gretchen Scott Designs are: Having to work long hours doesn't phase me because I love my work environment.

It’s a great company for those with a strong work ethic. If you don’t have that, it is not the right spot. Talent and hard work are everything!

Cons

Sometimes one feels pressure but that is infrequent.

Pros

They provided snacks for their employees. The pay is great and they offer a company match 401k!

Cons

Management was awful. The owner, the company’s name sake, does not have a clue on how to run a company. She also borates her employees. The turnover rate is out of the world. Please don’t waste 3 months of your life with this company. Trust me, you won’t last longer than that. Lastly, each employee takes turns cleaning the kitchen and throwing out the office trash.
