Pros

You receive free lunch once a week, but you have to sit with the owner and colleagues to talk business instead of having a lunch break.

Cons

Very unstable work environment, several people were fired based on the owner's mood. The owner micromanages workers, sitting next to them while they work and belittling them. Work environment is very stressful and chaotic. Job title encompass es alot more work outside of usual performance expectations. Owner is very unprofessional, abusive, and smokes in the office.

Pros

The store is organized and well kept. Other employees are pleasant to work with. It seems like everyone is trying to help everyone stay out of the evil eye of the owner.

Cons

Please read all the bad reviews and highly consider them before applying or taking a job in NY or any of these stores. Systems used are not working and the owner does not understand the retail side of her business and therefore expectations and the way she wants it to be run is a joke and can only be laughed at.

Pros

Great place for someone to learn all aspects of the wholesale fashion industry no matter what department you are a part of - from the interesting design process, production, sales or shipping. Convenient location next to Metro North train station.

Cons

Very open office with little to no privacy - this could be an issue for those easily distracted. This industry requires long hours and working weekends.
